ID CARDS
If you are looking for a ID card and you have no other form of ID, please download the below application form and fill out Section B as well as Section A, or collect a form from the Police Station. Please see the list of Guarantors to sign your photo.
Please email info@youthcommission.gg with a photo of your completed form, if you have filled out section B, we will then contact you for your signed photo and to arrange collection of the ID card.
If you have paid online, with the above BUY NOW button, please reference the applicants surname and let us know by email.
Upon receiving your application, we will schedule an appointment for you to come to our office to collect your ID card/have your photo taken. This is to make sure the correct member of staff is in to meet you.
These appointments will generally fall on a Wednesday afternoon, although times may change at the discretion of the staff member in charge of creating the cards.
Our office is located one door up from the doctor’s surgery on the taxi rank, opposite Dhaka. Enter the double door and head up the stairs or take the lift to the first floor, just ring the bell and a staff member will let you in.
Please do not come to our office outside of your scheduled appointment hours as we may not be able to assist you.
