The DofE is a way of recognising the extraordinary achievement of young people aged 14 – 25 which is just the age I was being useless. They are doing something fantastic and challenging themselves in every possible way. - Joanna Lumley

What is the Duke Of Edinburgh's Award?

The Youth Commission runs a gold residential experience during summer months. This is open to all gold participants and is an opportunity to make new friends, give something back to your community and complete a vital section of your Gold without the expense of having to travel abroad. The residential has been run in Lihou, Sark and on island. Spaces are often limited, email dofe@youthcommission.gg to find out more.
