What is the Duke Of Edinburgh's Award?
If you are aged between Year 9 and 24 years old you could start working towards your Duke of Edinburgh’s award.
The award is the world’s leading youth achievement award. You can include what you already do or you can use it as an opportunity to try something new.

Duke of Edinburgh with The Youth Commission

The Youth Commission delivers Bronze, Silver, and Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programmes, including Expeditions and a Gold Residential experience.
Open to all DofE participants, who are unable to access DofE within Schools settings aged between 14 and 24 years old.
The DofE award provides a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, independence, life skills, a sense of adventure, make new friends and give something back to the community and complete a vital section of all awards.
Expenses of travel will be kept to a minimum.
Previous Expeditions and Residential's have taken place on Lihou, Sark, Alderney,
and Guernsey.
